It All Starts the Night Before
My morning routine actually starts the night before. Before bed, I set a nighttime intention, asking for clarity, guidance, or peace of mind. It’s like handing over my worries to my spiritual support team. Then, I sleep and let the magic unfold.
Waking Up With Intention
I wake up around 5 AM naturally (no alarm needed!). First thing, I listen—what insights came through overnight? Sometimes, it’s crystal clear; other times, it’s just a feeling or a shift in perspective. If something big comes up, I journal it before it fades.
The Power of the Shower
My best ideas hit me in the shower—so I make it a sacred space. I use lavender oil on my decolletage, a tip from a Buddhist monk, to relax and open up to intuition. A waterproof notebook is on my wish list because those divine downloads don’t wait!
Walking Meditation: My Daily Non-Negotiable
Every morning, I do a walking meditation—not power walking, just being present. If I’m not at the beach, I find a quiet space.

Ground & Protect – I visualise a cord connecting me to the earth and surround myself with positive energy.

Connect With My Highest Self – I imagine the best version of me, the one fully aligned and confident.

Gratitude & Manifesting – I mentally pour thanks into my “gratitude well” and visualise what I’m calling in with my “manifesting well.”
Smiling From the Inside Out
A simple but powerful practice—I smile to every part of my body. It boosts endorphins and creates joy from within. Try it, it works!
Setting Intentions for the Day
Before wrapping up, I set clear intentions for my day. Today, I asked for ease and flow, and guess what? The day has flowed effortlessly!
The Magic of Journaling
Journaling is my space to process, receive, and create. Today, I got clarity on a program I’d been resisting—turns out, I was stuck in an either-or mindset, but the answer was a mix of both ideas. Journaling makes space for insights like these!
Final Thought: Start Small
This might sound like a lot, but I didn’t start with all of it. Pick one micro habit—a nighttime intention, a morning smile, or a short meditation. Small shifts create big transformations.
